About the Role

Your job is to act as the owner’s second brain.
You will help translate ideas into action, track follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will regularly review scheduled content inside a posting platform or scheduling software, flag issues, and help maintain a high standard across client accounts.

Executive & Operations Support
Keep the owner focused, organized, and on task
Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups across projects
Take structured notes during meetings and turn them into action lists
Prepare weekly agendas, reminders, and recaps
Help plan the week and review progress
Follow up on unfinished items without being asked

Content Review & Quality Control
Review scheduled posts inside the posting platform or scheduling software before publishing
Proofread captions for clarity, tone, grammar, and accuracy
Check formatting, spacing, tagging, and consistency
Flag anything that feels off-brand or incomplete
Communicate needed changes or corrections to the design team and follow through to completion
Ensure final posts align with each client’s brand standards

Organization & Admin Support
Maintain organized Google Drive folders and client files
Assist with light admin tasks as needed
Support systems, workflows, and process improvements
Meetings & Location Expectations
Weekly in-person working sessions

Meetings may take place at:
Houston office or
Spring, TX location
Some weeks may include an additional virtual check-in
Being local and able to meet consistently is required.

Requirements
Prior experience as an executive assistant, operations assistant, or admin support
Strong proofreading and written communication skills
Comfortable reviewing work inside posting platforms, project management tools, or scheduling software
Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
Houston-area resident with reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay
Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
Weekly in-person meeting required
Flexible schedule outside of meetings
$24–30/hour, based on experience
30-day paid trial period

What This Role Is NOT
Not a content creator
Not a graphic designer
Not a social media manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Operations Assistant whose primary role is to help the owner stay focused, organized, and accountable.
This role is centered on executive support, task management, and quality control — not content creation or graphic design.
