About the Role
Are you the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately sees how to make it run more efficiently? Do you love numbers, spreadsheets, and "closing the loop" more than you like being creative?
This is for you if:
You have "Managerial DNA." You don’t wait to be told what to do; you tell me what I should be doing today.
You are highly analytical. You’d rather look at a profit report or a project workflow than a TikTok trend.
You are an "optimizer." You see a clunky process and your first thought is, "I can cut three steps out of this."
You have "thick skin" and high standards. You aren't afraid to ask me, "Did you finish that task yet?" or "Why are we doing it this way?"
You want professional, high-level work but don't want a 40-hour corporate grind.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operations Audit: Looking at our current workflows and saying, "If you change this, you’ll save 5 hours a week."
Project Accountability: Managing our project management tool (ClickUp/Asana/etc.) and ensuring deadlines are met across the team.
The "Nudge": Meeting with me weekly to set priorities and following up throughout the week to ensure I stay on track.
Client Intelligence: Learning our clients' businesses deeply so you understand the "why" behind our operations.
Numbers & Admin: Handling light bookkeeping, invoicing, and high-level administrative tasks that keep the business legal and profitable.
What This Role Is NOT:
This is NOT a social media role. You will not be posting, designing, or "being creative."
This is NOT for someone who already has a full-time job. We need your focused "prime time" energy during the week.
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or high-level Admin.
A "Systems First" mindset.
Local to the Houston/Spring area for weekly in-person strategy sessions.
Mastery of Google Workspace and Project Management software.
